6 ft 145 lbs. Got a size 46 with 47 sleeves. 24 inches collar to hem, 26 inch sleeves. Body is quilted but the sleeves I asked to be un-quilted, so they're just lined in cupro. I felt like quilted sleeves would be a little overkill for me because my arms don't really get cold and it would be easier to layer under. Today was: 33° F Feels Like: 24° F Wind: From WNW at 15mph gusting to 19mph And I did just fine with a lightweight flannel under. this jacket is really warm. Anyway, thanks again ToJ!
